TIPS & SUGGESTIONS |
KEEP THE AIR IN YOUR HOME HEALTHY
Keep a pot of water with a few drops of
essential oil
simmering on the
stove during cold and
flu season and the dry winter months.
Many
essential oils have antiviral,
antiseptic, antibacterial,
and/or antifungal properties (See our
Essential Oil Chart) that will kill
airborne germs and bacteria to
help prevent you from getting sick. If you do get sick, the vapor may make you
feel better. The water will also add moisture into the air as it
evaporates to keep you and your furniture from drying out. |
MAKE YOUR OWN NATURAL CLEANER
Add approximately 1/4 cup borax and 10-20 drops of
essential
oil to a
half pail of warm water and
mix well to make a simple cleaning solution. Choose essential oils that
have antiviral, antiseptic, antibacterial, and/or antifungal properties (See our
Essential Oil Chart) to effectively kill germs and bacteria. Many essential
oils, like citrus, will also help cut grease. Use this solution to wash
floors, mold and mildew prone areas, and as a general cleaner and deodorizer. Some essential oils may not be suitable for wood or some finished surfaces. Test in a small inconspicuous area first. Choose an essential oil
that will lift your spirits as you clean

HERBAL BODY BALM
When we first began manufacturing our
Herbal Body Balms, we
knew that this product would be
beneficial in healing skin problems because of the many wonderful ingredients
used in making this product. We never expected the numerous responses we have

BURNS
"I got a second degree burn on my shin. I used

Herbal Body Balm, and once again, it cleared up but, it keeps coming back."
So, we asked if he began wearing a pair of shoes that he hadn't worn during

He threw the shoes out and his Athlete's Foot stopped.

MINT HAND SOAP |
Our
Java Mint
Hand Soap not only removes garlic, onion, fish odors,
and stains
from your hands but, will remove them from your cutting boards too.
This soap is also naturally antiseptic and antiviral
Simply rub the bar over the cutting board as you wash, then rinse.

have told us that our Java Mint Hand Soap has gotten rid of their poison
ivy. This soap was made for hands and is not intended to be used
on your body due to it's high content of peppermint essential oil.
Test on a small area of skin before trying to treat poison ivy to be
sure that you are not sensitive. |
