ORDERING INFORMATION

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and PayPal. Orders may be securely placed on-line at this web site, or by mail, phone, or fax. Always provide us with your e-mail address and/or phone number where you can be reached in the event that we need to discuss your order with you.
Personal checks are also accepted with mail orders. Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be assessed a $20.00
service charge.
Please check your order carefully before you finalize it. Orders are processed shortly after they are received and in some cases, shipped within one hour of receiving your order. If you find that you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the change. We cannot make changes to an order once it has been processed for shipping.

SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING applies to orders over $99.00 within the 48 contiguous states. To receive free ground shipping on orders over $99.00 type: freeship under the coupon promotion code section when checking out. Free shipping is not available to Alaska & Hawaii.
Our FLAT RATE $7.49 shipping option is available to the 48 states and FLAT RATE $12.49 shipping is available to Alaska & Hawaii via UPS Ground or U.S. Priority Mail (our choice) based on the most cost effective shipping method according to the weight of your package and your shipping zone.

Expedited shipping is also available when checking out. Online orders will receive a shipping confirmation to the e-mail address you provide in order to track your package. Note ~ Please indicate your physical address for shipping purposes. UPS does not ship to post office boxes and be sure to indicate your apartment number if applicable. Most orders received by 11:00 a.m. EST Monday - Friday ship the same day.

 SHOP NOW - SHIP LATER. Orders may be placed now and shipped within 90 days of placing your order to yourself or your gift recipient.  Simply type in the date you would like your order to be delivered in the "Shop Now - Ship Later" box when checking out. Delivery dates may vary within 1-3 days due to weekends and holidays   You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail when your order is shipped.  Our Future Ship Date Program is a great way to be sure that you don't miss birthdays, anniversaries, holiday gifts, and allows you to shop during our sales for future gift giving occasions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - Shipping is not available outside of the United States at this time.

SALES TAX

Sales tax of 6% will be applied to Vermont customers only.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We do our best to keep all items in stock. Occasionally an item may be out of stock due to unpredictable sales of a particular item and may be temporarily removed from our web site until that item is back in stock or you will be notified of it's expected availability date.

DAMAGES

All orders are packaged with care to avoid damages. Should you receive any damaged products, please notify us within 48 hours. We will make arrangements to rectify the damages.

Cancelled orders that have been packed for shipping will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $5, whichever is higher.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our goal is to provide high quality products to our customers. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please let us know. To return an item(s), send the unused portion in its original packaging to us indicating your reason for the return. Let us know if you would like a refund or would like to exchange the item(s) for another item(s) of comprable value. Please ship by UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post for your protection and prompt delivery. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We can not resell returned products ensuring the highest quality to our customers. If you are unsure of a particular scent, indicate up to 3 soap samples you would like to try under our Scent For A Cent page at our web site. The charge for each scent is .01 cent and will be shipped along with your order.
